One system, from tokens to documentation#
This site is built with the system it documents. The scales on the colour page are the scales styling this paragraph; the type ramp is the ramp setting this sentence. If a token changes, the documentation changes with it — there is no separate “brand site” theme to drift out of sync.
Midnight, orange, and slate as 12-step Radix-convention ramps, each with defined step roles so a border never gets used as text.
Plus Jakarta Sans for headings, Source Sans 3 for body, IBM Plex Mono for code — all SIL OFL 1.1, with a fixed type ramp.
